How do I clean the Alku Travel packing cubes?

As with most things, the more care you take washing your products, the longer they will last. Care instructions are attached inside every cube. Our recommendation is hand wash in cold water. Then line dry in shade. Do not dry clean, bleach or tumble dry the cubes.

We do not recommend that you machine wash your Alku Travel packing cubes since not only does machine washing increase your ecological footprint, but will also eventually break down the coating that gives the cubes waterproofness. Machine washing will also place additional stress on the cubes’ stitching.

Can I use the Alku Travel packing cubes elsewhere apart from travel?

Absolutely! It doesn’t matter where you are going to or staying at – the packing cubes are also great to use as gym bags, in backpacks to separate your gear, as a diaper bag, in RVs and trailers, to protect and organize your stuff when camping, at home storing bedsheets or toys, in dorm rooms, storing electronics and cables, organizing your office, keeping your drawers and closets neat, or storing stuff in your garage.
